We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, mailing/venue address, event details (date, guest count, venue), and any messages you send us. We collect this when you submit an inquiry or booking form, book an event, or contact us by phone, text, or email.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate and deliver your event, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, and provide customer service. We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS using the contact details you provide.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry or event.
If you opt in to receive text messages, we send transactional and conversational messages such as booking confirmations, event reminders, balance-due notices, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your event activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as our email provider (Resend), SMS/telephony provider (Twilio), and payment processors — and only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
