Your menu is planned with you ahead of time, and every booking comes with an exact shopping list built for your guest count.

That shopping list is the whole point of how we're set up. Under Texas law, we operate as a dry-hire bar: you buy the alcohol yourself at retail, which avoids a licensed caterer's 3–4x alcohol markup and typically saves well over a thousand dollars — money that goes back into the rest of the party.

Every bartender we send is TABC-certified — two-year, responsible-service training covering checking IDs, monitoring consumption, and knowing when to stop serving. No TABC permit is needed for a private event where drinks are served free and nothing is sold, not for the host and not for the bartenders. How much does it cost to hire a bartender for a private party in Houston? +

Alcohol is bought separately at retail, from an exact shopping list.
Do I need a permit for a bartender at a private party in Texas? +
No. No TABC permit is needed for a private event where drinks are served free and nothing is sold — not for the host, not for the bartenders. Our bartenders carry TABC certification for responsible service regardless, and we provide proof of certification and insurance to venues directly.

Yes. We pour at private homes, backyards, offices, rented event venues, and ranch properties across greater Houston. The bar needs little on site — usually just a table or counter space — and we coordinate load-in time, power, and water access with the host as part of every booking.
How many bartenders does my party need? +
The working rule of thumb is one bartender per 50–75 guests for full cocktail service. Our standard packages send two TABC-certified bartenders, which covers events from 50 to 150 guests; above roughly 150 guests, plan on adding a third.
